The term ( Nice Shoes ! )

I thought it was a way of checking out a woman on the sly when you first meet her.

Check her out from head to toe, last thing you look at being her shoes, hence "Hiya doin? Niiiice shoes!"

 

That's what i was told..Nice Shoes means you like the look of the whole girl from head to toes...lol...
