Tere it's sort of a tradition over here, guys on a bachelor party (or girls on a hen night) tend to pick a theme and dress up. Newcastle where I come from is a major weekend party destination and there are loads of fancy dress groups in town from all over the UK (and Scandanavia) every weekend.
Steve - Last year when we were at TTR a bunch of Brits came in and they had just graduated coledge - boy were they a roudy bunch but they were only there 2 of our days. We did worry about Amy she had to take most of them to Coco Bongos. All was Ok but boy did they disrupt the place.
Oh Brewster...don't u know the story of the Alamo?? I am a life long Texan....we lost that battle but won the war...and we are the only state that can succeed from the us...that is one reason texans are so proud to be texans...GOD BLESS TEXAS
We took my 18 yr old niece and her friends to Cancun last year for HS graduation and ran into a bachelor party from England at Senior Frogs; Great group of guys and extremely nice!! We had a blast with them and they totally respected the young girls!!
Yeah... I know the story. That's why I said "Didn't they lose that "battle"? Hey, an interesting tidbit. Jim Bowie was at the Alamo. He was famous, among other things, for the "Bowie knife". Well, that knife came about because he had found a really interesting and unusual rock and decided to have a knife fashioned from it. He came up with the design. The rock? It was a meteorite.
LMAO...well I read a biography on him, years ago. Why...hell I don't know! It was an interesting story though.
