ok maybe im wrong but my first trip broken into at 3 am im sleeping and ya lets just say wrong room. the next day the manager spent almost 5 hrs trying his best to get me back home cause like you i was mad and wanted nothing to do with TTR . since then i have been emailed and become good friend with the staff .why because the would email me saying how bad they felt for me kept emailing me seeing how i was doing and overall they treated me like i was someone . now you tell me if they dont give a ratsass about the people who go ...Sorry but ya i like to think they do care .
I didn't get the impression that you were being rude at all. TTR is a good resort and the staff will do whatever is within their ability to help you with anything they can.
