The Plague

I think I got the plague 3 out of 5 trips............ last year I somehow managed to be ok! Although one night down in cancun myself and derek were so damn sick, couldnt get out of bed, but I think that was alcohol poisening!

 

also alot of people get sun stroke there are many different things that happen

 

well i defo have it feels like something is stuck in your throat and its not nice plus i blow my nose about 100 times a day!!! how do u stay clear of this so called plague i dont want it next year lol

 

Start taking Echinacea for a couple of weeks before you go, Really builds up your immune system.

 

Yes that’s exactly what I have and a few others have it too!!! I tried taking cold FX and it worked because I usually get it around the 4th day in but this time I got it the day I was leaving…but I cant avoid it I get it every year and it sux!!

 

lack of sleep isnt good on your immune system!

Once in 5 trips.......not too bad I must say, and I STILL made it out every night
