Well al li am saying is that there are too many people who are severe debt int he USS due to medical expenses. It's hard to grasp ya know.

yes, waiting 3 or 4 months to get treated in canada for a service you've already paid for in taxes doesn't sound like such a fun ride... also, in many public hospitals in the US you cannot be turned away for not having the means to pay. this is abused by some, but certainly helps many who need it.
guess the plague got a bit too over the limit this time in mexico hahahaha have you been reading the news?
