I think the clubs and promoters figured why spend big money on real talent, when drunk people are bouncing around with their hands in the air like superman yelling "YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUU" I can almost hear them saying "Apparently they'll dance to anything" TI (one of my customers) woulda been a good pull, if he wasn't on house arrest. I haven't seen T. Pain (another one of my customers) in quite some time....'heem where ya @?!?!? Surely he's paid those tickets by now and should be able to travel. Flo Rida is whack. With that being said, back to the original topic of the thread. Although still the best show on earth, Spring Break Cancun isn't the same. I offer up this possible explanation as to why...The Holloway Effect. Middle aged suburban soccer moms aren't as willing to shell out $ to send their daughters (and/or sons) off to a foreign country for Spring Break since the tragedy of Natalie Holloway. They wanna keep them in the US....look at the upswing in Panama City and Miami. It will take a lot to get Cancun back to what it was years ago...just like hip hop.
