    You have to host it somewhere like photo bucket.
    Once you do that you have to copy the IMG link and paste it into your link...Hopefully that explains it.

    go to www.photobucket.com

    then browse the pictures on your computer pick the one you want then submit...

    then it will appear in the album, you then copy and paste the bottom link (the image one) and paste it into your message...

    thats it..
