Yes Well done CaperKeith I know how hard it is to Ripp up and you have done very well in 2.5 months. I think next year your be sporting the 6 pack hell maybe even the 8 pack. Unlike me who I dont think Ill ever get one, I wont give up though Bye Adam
In my opinion, ripping up is a matter of genetics first and diet second. Of course if you are putting in the work, the muscle will get tone, but it depends on genetics how much fat you have on top of those muscles. If you have some, then you must stick to a strict diet and lot of cardio on empty stomache to burn it off. Try to stay away from lots of sugar too, it tends to make the skin thicker. If you lower your blood sugar, you will cut up...and there are only two ways to do this, through your diet or by shooting insulin.
agreed.. i have cut out all sugar and have been on a protein and water diet with a proper amount of carbs to balance everything out.. as well as doin cardio everyday... far as genetics i was always lean until i hit bout 21 then i guess all the eatin caught up...
Yea booze does it for some people too. My friend started heavy drinkin when he was about 21 and got unbelievably fat so quickly that he developed stretch marks, bad ones, all over his body. Its horrible if you don't realize that your not taking care of yourself.
Actually, ab crunches arent even the most important thing to getting those defined abs. Stick to cardio, consume less calories than you expend and you'll be on your way to losing body fat
I'm a big fan of the more you run and sweat the more you lose, sit-up, crunches all that stuff helps get the muscle in place but burning all those calories while you run def. helps shed the body fat away, when i was playing ball in school and running everyday, i lost more chub around my gut in like 2 weeks than i did from just doing sit ups and stuff
