It rather amazes me that these people with either a BF or GF think that they will stay with them once they are chosen to be on the Real World as a cast member. Very naïve, I think. For example, CJ begins by professing his true 'love' to his GF at home. But he then finds a BBD in Cancun and kicks the GF to the curb in the first episode. Now, Jonna is next to dump the old BF! BTW – Joey is a tool !
I thought it was good last night, it was hard for me to sit and watch people in cancun partying, and you see places we have all been and you want to go back now!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh cancun!
I usually don't watch the Real World but I'm making an exception since it was shot while we were in Cancun and I wanted to see if any of us made it. Here are some thoughts. Joey is kind of a tool. I met him in at DaddyO our second night there and saw him everywhere throughout the week. He had a camera crew with him the whole time. I had no idea who he was at the time but I did get asked to sign some waiver. He was pretty stand off-ish in person, walking around like he was the shit because he had a camera crew with him. I think Christian is the guy I met at Oasis pool. He seemed like a friendly cool guy in person. He didn't have a camera crew with him and he was all hushy hushy about being on the Real World (told me not to tell anyone when he invited me to the Real World party at the ME). I don't recall meeting anyone else. The show makes it seem like they spend a lot of time together but I don't know. Every time I see Joey (who unlike CJ made it clear that he is famous), it was just him and the camera crew. I guess ME does have balconies, just not the room I stayed at last year. :lol: So unfortunately, no CC people in the first episode. Joe said he hung out in the Student City VIP section with the Real World cast the night of Flo Rida concert at the City. I don't think it's the same night as when they went to the City in the first episode so there is a chance he may still show up in later episodes. Too bad Joe didn't make out with one of the Real World girls cause that's the gaurantee way of getting on TV.
