The little (and often overlooked) details that make Temptation awesome...

I don't think enough can be said about the staff. I went to my room while it was being cleaned one morning and the maid had the dresser pulled away from the wall and was cleaning behind it. Never had another concern about the cleanliness of the room or the resort. And the towel animals were so much fun. Still grin when I think about the towel monkey swinging from the artwork left for me one day.

 

This is too easy ..........

I read through all of these with a smile on my face! Can't wait for our next trip for New Years

- the extensive breakfast buffet with delicious cottage cheese (random but it's a plus for me haha)

-security looking the other way in the hammocks after Paty'O

-already been mentioned but of course all the amazing staff! especially our fav bartenders

 

So this was our first visit to TTR and can't say enough about how much fun we had. Think we will be part of April Addicts for a long time coming.

The highlight though for us (out of many) kind of says it all about the place. One of the nights at Paty O's (think it was April 14th but most nights are a little blurry so could be wrong) the DJ put on the song YMCA by the Village People. Within seconds, the entire bar crew was up on the bar dancing along with the entire crowd. It just set the tone for another great night of fun. You could just tell the bartenders were a great bunch of funlovers. The DJ noticed and followed up with "You can leave your hat on". Undaunted, the bartenders started stripping to the music. The DJ changed the song again before it got too risqué.

We are still laughing about that sight. What an awesome trip.

When are you guys going back?

 

So many things already written. I'll add the foods at the breakfast buffet (mango yogurt and banana bread for Candace, plantains and different Mexican dishes for me) and the tempura shrimp at the Asian restaurant. 78 days to go.

 

1.The smiles on the staff and all the hard work they do for us
2.Decent size safes in the room
3.Being able to use the Sports pool at 3am
4. The sailing dingy's available on the beach
5. Seeing that cheeky smile on Steve's face when he's booking you in for a Boobs Cruise !! (LOL)

On our most recent trip, on our first morning, I stumbled out of the room to get us some coffee. As my eyes adjusted to the sunlight, the first thing I saw, walking right past me, was a topless woman with tremendous boobs.

THAT.

 

The guys that open are safe nearly everyday cos we forget or put the wrong number in think the shots have something to do with it aswell :doh:

 

This might sound kind of corny...but seeing the slightly rusted light fixtures on the side of the bed (from the humidity)...it tells us we're at TTR!
