well if he had been 21 its not even a dui, they just have a no tolerance rule for anybody under 21...which is another reason they go alot easier on you

 

Well they shouldn't be going easy on anyone I don't care how old they are!

 

where i live, if you get stopped by ride and youve been drinking adn they take your license away or put you in jail, they print your name in the paper to let everyone know what you did :tongueout:

 

same with here apple, if you get arrested for anything, its in the newspaper!

 

No they publish the names of the drunk drivers specifically..>they do it to shame the drivers.

 

yeah its not like oh there was a break in at such and such..

they do like a half page add thing that says these people were caught driving while drunk..suzanne is right they do it to shame them. they are far too lienient on drunk drivers in my opinion :evil:

In my opinion if you kill somone while driving drunk it's the same as if you shot them :!: :!:
