yup... same here... I want to workout... But i Have a feeling that the time between hungover and drunk will be a very narrow window.
I am precontest, was in Feb too, I swore up and down that I would hit hte gym 2 times a day. I did not even get into it once in a week. Gained 15 pounds while I was there. Its been 2 weeks since home and im down to pre-mexico weight hehe, so behind 3 weeks. Do what you gota do and hit that sucker!
You will get your cardio in the evening, dancing and other extra curricular activities Just lift at the gym
I have the best of intentions on trying to get there most days. My hangovers usually are not something that ever stops me from getting it in. If I make the plan to get there before breakfast I think it will happen... I like monique's idea of lapping around the pools...I am not sure how safe I feel running too far from the resort alone. Maybe I can get my friend to come with me.
It's really not a bad hotel gym. We do a quick 40 minute workout after lunch every day there. We def feel better and recharged. Just remember the uv rays are high real quick by may, so we prefer inside.
Hey Dikfore, our hangover to drunk window is so short that if we make it to Lunch sober we consider it a success (and we wake up at 2PM each day )...

I won't be sober at lunch. I gotta do mine first thing. Plus I have a touchy stomach. I can't eat and run. It makes me dizzy and pukey. I'm a real gem. Lmao
