We were there in July. It has a smith machine (with about 300# of weights), a pec deck dumb bells up to 50, I think 4 treadmills and a few elipticals.
It enough to get in a workout but nothing special.

dumb bells is that the same as kettlebells?
Would hope to find just 20-30 min a day to do some kettlebells workouts.
I've been really good trying to get back into semi decent bikini shape for last 5/6 weeks and don't really fancy stopping now as I'm afraid I may give up all together ;-)

No kettlebells at TTR. Shame because they're awesome to work out with.

We were there in July as well. The air conditioning was broken the entire week. The temp in the gym was in the mid-80s. We complained to the hotel staff several times and they said it would be fixed. Not sure if it was ever fixed.

When we were there in January and April the gym was open and people were using it - has a few treadmills and some weights, not very big, but if you need to get a run in or keep up with a routine, it will work ok and better than trying to do anything outside in the heat/humidity! I plan to use it in January 2013 when we go again, have to keep up with my marathon training, can't give up that week, despite any hangovers :)

Just an update since we got back, there are around 5 treadmills, 3 or 4 bikes, a couple elipticals, a set of dumbells but only one set of each weight, a smith machine, and one or two other arm/shoulder/chest machines. 2 exercise balls. AC was working ok and they had lots of towels, water, OJ and fresh fruit in there too. There was a bench or two for presses with the dumbells. There was sadly no mats in there if you wanted to do abs so if you are so inclined to work that in bringing a light one in the suitcase would be handy or there is the thick shag rug from the room you could bring in too, lol.
