I can empathize with that comment, in part... There is a difference ,in my mind at least, between a topless person being part of a shot and being focused on without permission. If the possibility of being in someones shot causes that much discomfort at a resort where being topless is allowed and cameras are allowed you may want to reconsider being topless. The point I would make is that you can't control the background and it's not the focal point of the picture, I personally, in that situation think it's unreasonable to have an issue with that type of picture. If I sound unreasonable by all means explain why.

ok... everyone just calm down............. this subject comes up and people lose their frakin minds. Things not to talk about... politics, gun control, health care reform and cameras at Temptations. No one is talking about an all out ban...... What fire is talking about makes sense and is a great idea.... AND... what it used to be like. NO Cameras in Nice shoes. Especially during the lingerie night. NO Camera during certain times at the sexy pool. Or at least during the games. Cameras are the reason why Quest/Anything goes was canceled. I've talked to the staff... and they can and will police it but until management changes things its still up to everyone here to back each other up. I'm sure if Rob saw someone getting hassled by an idiot with a camera he'd have everyone's back.

hmm... i dont usually comment on these types of threads but .. here it goes.. we can debate untill we are blue in the face on Cancuncare.. we all understand about being careful of what pictures we take and who is in the background and are respectful of others to the point that i come home with a very few pictures, to me that is just as unfair as having my picture taked without permission. but the fact remains .. every one at the resort is not on cancuncare..so i think we are just beating a dead horse here.. every one is worried about pictures on the internet.. but the chance of say someone you work with seeing them is pretty slim.. unless they are looking for you.. just search your online name..or your real name.. or your email address.. its all there in black and white..the debate will never end.. my rule is .. be aware of your surrounding.. if someone is taking a picture and you dont want to be in it .. get out of the way!!...be responsible for yourself.. Just saying.. lol
