The Great camera Debate !!

wow, I can see it now, if you dont lock your doors and a burglar cuts himself on something inside your car while he is breaking in, your the one getting the ticket ... unbelievable... Were starting to sound like Iran on some of these stupid laws

so the rule at TR would be if you're caught with a camera at the sexy pool or Nice shoes it gets thrown in the ocean.. ... I like it.

That is definitely going too far.

I'd create a YOFALT law. If you're committing a crime or doing something that a reasonable person would find to be a stupid act and injure yourself ......... it's YOUR FAULT.

Especially if you're committing a crime.

There's a case going on in Toronto right now where a store owner is being charge with forcible confinement because he caught a thief that returned to steal more from his store. He caught him, tied him up and locked him in a van until the cops arrived and the cops proceeded to charge him too.

 

I just want to by my own island where I can make all the rules. If I could just find an island for sale, oh and the money to buy it. Then I wouldn't have to deal with anything.

 

The guy who invented the Segway (among other more useful things) bought his own island. Declared it it's own country, started his own currency and gave foreign aid to Bill Clinton.
I am in the market for a little island if one comes along at a cheap price, it will have its own Navy eventually

No bridge will be going to my island. Its supposed to be hard to get to! Up here on the New England coast there are actually lots of islands on both the lakes and ocean that people have as private property. Some are miles off shore, that might be a bit much.

 

I went to Hampton Beach last month, not sure how close you are to there, but what a nice area, I could partake in the aquiring of a few islands around there....

 

Hampton is just a few miles away. Cold water though!
