There has to be a happy medium somewhere. Just throwing this out there. How about a cruise mentality? Cameras would be okay around the pools and such when you take pictures of the group you are with. Events and games should only be taken by staff and then participants can request for the pictures to be sent to them or put on a cd.
So what is "Anything Goes/Quest?" Must be a great game if you are looking to have 100% participation and no cameras!!
It was a nighttime game that was played in the Nice Shoes bar (it was in a different area then). The entire bar was blacked out. No cameras were allowed, period. Participation was mandatory or you were asked to leave. It was a game where two teams competed and the end result was everybody ended up either in their underwear (bottoms only) or completely naked. Marsh - that sounds like a hoot! I know for sure that would be something I would do if and only if cameras were banned.
They don't do it anymore sadly. The entertainment is pretty tame these days, strippers that don't get naked for example (what's the point).
It was so so boring, we couldn't understand why some were getting so excited. They try to make out the entertainments very saucy but it's crap.
For anybody who is not a first timer the nightly entertainment is useless except for the lingerie night. Its just a space filler before they try to get more money out of you to go to the clubs. The new nice shoes bar is such a waste of space, its used for about an hour each night. For some reason nobody wants to stay in there and utilize it after the activities are over. (could be the constant crap music they play) I think that they should have one member of the entertainment staff stay behind to mingle with the guest and maybe try and keep us entertained. sorry for hijacking the thread
I agree with that. They put a great sound and light system in, a cage in the corner, then everyone leaves when the show is over. They should "keep the party going" with the staff. The bar is right there, so no reason it cant keep going.
