Saw "The Departed" on Saturday and loved it. It kept you guessing throughout. If they ever give an oscar for non-human actors one should be given to the cellphone in this movie -- it is a character that ties the movie together (those of you that have seen movie will know what I'm talking about!). And I loved the symbolism at the very end with the rat on the balcony ...
the departed = A+++++++++ movie!! saw it last night... was fab. Leo totally didnt give off the "Jack" vibe! It was wonderful
Suspenseful - yes, continuously. And Jack was Jack, which is always a dramatic joy. The twist involving the shrink (pregnant with whose baby?) was hmmm... inventive. And the rat thing at the end was OK... But what is it that you liked about seeing everyone that played a part in this movie getting brutally and graphically murdered, one or two at a time?
