mamamia... It has been over a year now. I have no Desire to smoke, and hope I never do again. Thanks to all!!!
Great, Terri. Still not smoking and like you she has no Desire to. She's gained some weight (but that's a good thing for her) but is tickeled pink that she was able to stop. I think shes'd at about 10 months now. Thanks for asking. Karan
well crossing my fingers and hoping i can do this... Kristen really inspired my this weekend when she told me that when she woke up one day and just said she was done.... and she was done!!! hasnt smoked since.... So i actually woke up this morning and said the same thing! so im planning on being done... lets pray i can do it this time!! ")
Michelle - You can do it!!!!!!!! There are so many others here who are doing it ~ just lean on them and all of us for support.
Michelle, That's exactly what my Mom did and she smoked for 50+ years. That was back in Feb and she hasn't had a cigarette since. If she can do it after all those years I know you can. Good luck and let us know how you're doing. Karan
DONT EVER GIVE UP For what its worth today is 4 months quit for me and its awesome. You put you mind and heart and soul back into reclaiming your life and you will feel a sense that you are on top of the world. Pick a goal, WRITE IT DOWN and be ACCOUNTABLE. I am so thankful I did this for myself and you all will be too. Take care and have a good new year everyone!
