i've been avoiding this thread lol dont think i have the will power. but i will try. I am going to cut back half of what i smoke now. and go from there wtg to everyone who is doing this
That's great Catrina. That's what I did. Just be aware every time you want to light up, and ask yourself, "do I really want it, or can I wait?" Nine times out of ten, you can wait. I also set a date, I think it was a month in advance. I'm coming up on 10 months now. If you REALLY want to do it, you will. The best of luck to you. We are here if you need us! :clap: :clap:
thanke terri and lisa. Well i've been doing ok. but i am CRANKY LOL. but tonight is my last pack hopefully for good. I am taking the money i save from not smoking and i am putting half in the savings account and using it for spending money for cancun. the next time we get to go I have to quit at night .. I dont think i could if i smoke any the same day. so i will go to sleep wake up and not have any more. I just hope i dont snack and gain weight now lol
Good job Catrina! That's what I did. I smoked my last one at 11:15, went to bed, and started fresh in the morning. Coffee was a killer. I kept reaching for a cig. You can do it.
