    Jen, that's a great site!

There's all sorts of damage due to cigarettes, not just lung cancer.

Exactly! There's some TV ads on at the mo where a bloke in a bar goes up to a woman but cos she stinks of cigs, he backs off.

Ruined lovelife = not worth it!!

I had acupuncture May 6, 2003 and haven't smoked since and it only cost me $145! My dad had it done before he passed away (not from smoking) and he was 2 pack per day smoker and he never smoked since the moment he had it! So easy, so cheap and so worth it!

    Linda ... that is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

I smoked for many years, too, and I know how hard it was to quit. Now I am the anti-smoking queen.
I can't stand to even smell it on someone else.

    You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Congrats Lindat!
I feel like the quitter needs to be ready. I tried so many times before, but never really 'wanted' to.
One year and two months ago, I guess I was ready. Everyone always says they still crave them-I do not. Hopefully you'll be so lucky too!

    Good luck!!! :D

    CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!

I read that if a male smokes one pack of cigarettes a day it shortens his life (on average) by 13 years,
and for a woman who smokes a pack a day it shortens her life (on average) by 14 years!

    Please don't shorten your life!!!
