    Ok kids....I need everyone to send some good karma my way!!!!I did it...stopped smoking today....7 hours and counting. I'm using the patch-is that cheating?! My Hubby stopped cold turkey one month ago....wish I had his power....I've been a chain smoker for 33 years....I'm scared to death that I am gonna fail....I need everyone's positive thoughts please!!!

    That is not cheating, i know you can do it too, i have smoked 35 years and quit! smoke free now 78 days!! It is not easy but you CAN DO IT!!!
