Kudos to all of those who are quitting - Terri, Cheese and Mike! One trick that I used to help my parents quit when I was a child.. I threw the packs down the toilet and flushed them away! :lol:

I've been working, and I just got home. WOW, you're really doing it Mike?! That's fantastic! Cheeze, you too? This was my first day at work as a non smoker. Mike, I feel for you. I work with the public a lot, and the public sucked today. I didn't smoke though. Three days! I bought some lollipops for the car. I used to have 2 cigarettes on the way to and from work. Now I have a lollipop (satisfies that oral fixation :wink: ) Matt, you ar so right, drink a lot of water, and breath deep. It feels good to do that! Hang in there Mike..PM me if you need to. Terri
