Al..I'm a week away from my 3 month anniversary. I've gained a lot of weight, but I'm happy to say, that I found my motivation again, and I've been working out and eating great! You're doing a fantastic job!

8) The plunge has not started yet.. I have two more packs to go, Then smoke free again.. Diane cant wait.. The month I did she loved it.. She cant stand the smell..
