71 days, 3 hours, 3 minutes and 44 seconds smoke free. 1423 cigarettes not smoked. $248.50 and 10 days, 20 hours of your life saved. I had a little mental breakdown on Saturday about 9pm after the foot of snow. I have to work snow detail in the City and I stressed a little and bummed a nasty nasty cig off one of my plow drivers, smoked half of it, and realized what I was doing....freaked out...called Angie flippin out in tears..........can you believe that crap!! All over a nasty smoke that was killing me LITERALLY? Anyway...I am still quit. A few puffs didn't make me a smoker in the first place and those few puffs saturday didn't either. KEEP THE QUIT!! I AM SO GLAD I DID!!
You go Matt! Doesn't that few first puffs after quitting really taste nasty? I've quit before for a couple of weeks here and there for different reasons and the first one really tastes bad. How quickly we adapt. 8) Jamie
Im so proud of you Matt that you didnt keep on puffing away! :bounce:  :bounce:  :bounce:
That's great Matt. Good for you!! That's pretty tough to just smoke half, and no more. I bet the guilt tasted worse than the smoke! Way to go!! Terri
Quiting smoking is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. But going through that part of my life has made me stronger. I really believe that when your ready to quit you will quit. You need to do it for you and only you. It will be 2 years quit for me on February 17th! Keep up the quit you guys and for those of you on the brink of taking that jump into quitsville, don't be afraid, you will know when the time is right! Sandy
