8) Testing went good. Got my band for surgery. I guess that means I am ready. Wonder how well I will be able to breath with this done. And with the no smoking it should be better.

The nurse said good that I quite smoking. For recovery if you smoke its 10 times longer.

I just cant beleive this had to happen for the holidays.

I will have made it 2years without smoking or chewing on xmas day, and i donot miss a day of it.

Well I thought I would check in myself. Glad to hear everyone is doing so well!! Saturday will be 1 month for me and counting. The craves are getting few and far between (maybe one a day) and they are easier to deal with. Keep it up guys!!!!
