You'll probably think about it every day I know I did. But as more days go past it will be easier and you can think it's XX amount of days since you last smoked and be proud of yourself for it. 1 day is great, a week is fab, more than that and you are on the road to recovery and no going back!

Sandy....I'm glad to hear you lost almost all of the weight. I'll do it too. You're right. Not smelling like an ashtray is a big plus. When people come into work who smoke, I can really smell it now, and it stinks!

I work part time in a restaurant/Bar and they still smoke inside. It smells so bad on my clothes when I get home I can hardly smell myself. I remember when I was smoking it never bothered me. I never took into concideration what my bf was smelling, and he never smoked!

Now I know what I smelled like and I don't want to smell like that again. And another thing, smoking is NOT attractive! I don't know why I ever thouhgt I looked good smoking a cig.

Just my 2 cents. Keep up the quit!

When I was in college an would come home for break and go out to the bars at night, my mother always thought that I had picked up smoking like my dad cause I'd always reek of ciggarette smoke when I got home. She always made me take off the clothes an wash them immediately. She never let my dad smoke in the house either.

Well yesterday was 3 weeks for me and still doing great. I know sometimes I feel sad b/c I am doing something in which I would normally have that cig BUT I just try to pick something else to do instead. The physcological craves will be with me for a while but I know that physically I dont' crave the nicotine anymore and that helps. Its so cool that we are all in this together. Thanks guys....you really keep me going everyday.

Not One Puff Ever!!! Don't let me down!!!!
