5 trips too TTR and made our fist trip to DRM last fall. We really liked Desire Riviera Maya. We too are looking to split our next trip 3 days at DRM and 4 days at TTR. Not sure we could justify the cost of a full week at DRM. We are not big dancers so we really enjoy the late nights in the DRM hot tub.
just wondering.....why would you never go back to breathless (we've never been to one but have considered it) Also, which Breathless were you art
RM and Cabo. Won't go back because TTR and Desire are so much better. Desire has much better service, way sexier vibe (obviously) and better party. TTR has way better party and sexier vibe at 1/2 the price of Breathless.
All 3 are great to visit but Desire RM is our personal favorite. I tease my hubby about booking at Breathless since it is next to DRM. I won’t because he would never forgive me.
Desire Riviera Maya has 114 rooms I believe. It's Pearl that has only 88 rooms. The times we've been to Pearl, it's NOT been much of a party scene at all - though some hard cases insist that it gets that way from time to time. I suppose with a big group of folks that all know each other it could be, just not in our experience. Very nice relaxation/nude resort through. Definitely. We've found that if you want to party and have a great time at DRM you can do it, you just need to be engaging and outgoing with folks who are there. We've never had problem getting a decent party crew romping around. That's not to say it is Anything like TTR, though. We've split our trips between DRM & TTR a couple of times. In fact, it's what our group is doing this coming July. It's a great way to get a good, solid dose of both types of fun.
We are just booked. 2 nights at DRM to kick off and 5 nights st TTR. Apr10-17. Let the hardcore training begin haha
