Hi guys, our trip is in 2 weeks. Temptation has my credit card information (booked over the phone) and they took the deposit months ago, but still haven't deducted the balance. Should I be concerned?
I would bring your credit card statement with you and show them upon check-in, I think it would be better sorted in person vs the phone. Cheers

Hi there. You are supposed to pay the remaining balance on your own by the due date specified in your booking email. They don't automatically charge the card on file.
How do I pay them? When I booked over the phone, I gave them my credit card number and I presumed they would take out the deposit then and there. They did not take the deposit until about 2 months later.
Well, I called them today. The agent said they are having delays with processing the payment. There was nothing for me to do at my end. I was worried the booking would be canceled, but she said that would not happen. Crossing fingers!
