    Hi guys, our trip is in 2 weeks.

    Temptation has my credit card information (booked over the phone) and they took the deposit months ago, but still haven't deducted the balance.

    Should I be concerned?

    I would bring your credit card statement with you and show them upon check-in, I think it would be better sorted in person vs the phone.
