Well... The fog/weather stopped us! Nooooo! We will miss out connection! They tried to reroute us- looks like we will be at the pool tomorrow at lunch not today! Stuck in Ft Lauderdale for 24 hrs! What do u do when the beaches and bars are shut down!? I'm sure we will have some stories by the pool when we finally get there!
We cancelled today. I think the Mexican border is next to close since they are closing the Canadian one.
Have friends there now and yesterday he said it was empty...like 20%. Who knows, could be 40%? We have been when the resort claimed 60-70% and it seemed dead. But the place is so big now and people spread out. And than the is that amazing 24 hour room service for some private alone time and private parties. On BC days sometimes lose 100 or so. So who knows??? It is the same argument as to how many go topless...ranges from 0 to 110%. Gotta be in that range somehow! Steve just reported 50%...probably an over estimate.
We’re in Temptation right now. Definitely, not as many people as should be here right now for Spring Break but still a lots of people. We’re very glad that we came. This place is the best.
