Agatha is on the Pacific side of Mexico and the remnants will turn north into the Gulf if it doesn't dissipate sooner. It won't affect Cancun.

The sports bar/sky bar/lobby bar are all open. The sky bar is nice because of the two hot tubs close to the shelter. We have sat in those hot tubs on many rainy days. The large jacuzzi above the sexy pool can get pretty packed during the rain. Some brave souls even stay in the sexy pool. For the sexy pool use during the rain it is definitely temp dependent. If it's been nice, and hot, and then a single rainy day, the pool will still be warm. A few days of clouds and rain that pool can get pretty chilly. In 2021, during our June trip, it was a rainy day on foam party day in the sexy pool. It was a blast. Some people do disappear to their (or other's) rooms.
