We had very similar issues with Interjet's computer system. It took me 3 tries to get my payment to go through. I would have moved on if we weren't so TTR deprived!
Thanks for sharing your experience. So I guess that the payment system issue was legit, not just the first agent's way of getting me off the phone because he quoted the wrong price. After well over an hour on the phone with Interjet yesterday, I never called back to see if they had reviewed the tape of my first call. It was too frustrating. I'll deal with it later today, once I've had some coffee to ready myself for battle.
Karen, just to update on our experience with Interjet, we don't have much to complain about. We didn't book directly with them so can't vouch for the booking service. Flight experience was perfect though. Service was excellent from airport check-in, to checked bags handling, to staff being all smiles and courteous from Montreal to Cancun and back. Plane was delayed 1:50 to go which was one down side but this can happen to any company. Flight was smooth and so comfortable...room to spread legs! It was actually the first time that I didn't get cramped up. They dock in terminal 4 in Cancun so that is also a plus. They served sandwiches, chips or cookies and drinks at no charge also. They didn't have beer but had Tequilla, Vodka, Whiskey and something else that I don't remember right now.(Don't understand why!? ) Don't think there was any entertainment system or wifi if this matters, no screens on seats. But again, I could be wrong about wifi cause I didn't ask. We just reclined, spread our legs and napped...so needed! Hope this will help lower the frustration and gives you back a little anticipation. Cheers
Hey, thanks so much, Lindilou! That does make me feel better. Sean is 6'2" so I paid to book the extra row for him, but it sounds like that may not have been necessary. Legroom is always uber-important to him, Glad you had such a good flight, hopefully just the first step in a fabulous holiday!
