I'd be surprised non paid guests could hang out when the rest of us , have paid. The party is the big party of the place.
Anyone who actually met us and talked to us please add us. We hardly remember anything but we have already agreed that it was the best time of our lives!! Temptation for life!!!!
Best advice I can give you for this answer is to show up and pretend to be interested in becoming a VIP member, I cannot see them saying no to that. They should give you a tour at the very least. But no, you can't just 'hang out', drink, etc. As was mentioned earlier, we were all paying guests, we committed ahead of time. I suggest you do the same if you're that interested. Sorry not trying to sound like a dick, just giving a dose of reality.
