Well with my diet and lack of carbs or any sugars after my workout today my body almost wanted to shutdown. Blood sugar fell out on me so I had to eat a few cookies to get back to normal. Now I’m gonna have to burn them off in the morning when I get off work. Struggle is real Important side note: Squats Squats Squats ❤️
