Wondering if its safe to book Sept 7-14th? Will there still be construction going on ? maybe just book another resort until they are completely finished and prices level out
I'd bet my last Peso that they'll be open on time. I very much think all construction will be finished prior to the opening date, but maybe some finishing touches still going on and not all facilities available - hence the term 'soft opening'.
