We had been to Mexico at least a dozen times before finding TTR and had never stayed at an all-inclusive. We loved staying in small hotels and finding new restaurants. The problem is, we never found much night-life, other than the spring break kid crowd. Then we booked TTR on a whim to give it a chance. Stephanie was always a little shy but would still go topless in the right setting, so on our first morning at TTR we found chairs at the far end of the pool. But it was obviously our type of place. In 2 minutes she had her wonderful 36d's in the sun. I still had not said a word, and was just letting her get comfortable. Within five minutes the first words she said to me were "We are SO coming back" A few minutes after that she was heading to the room to ditch her normal bikini bottoms for a Victorias Secret thong. She cut the liners out of several, and they served as her bottoms for the 5 days. And we've been back a half dozen times in 3 years, and I love how she turns on the sexiness now, which even carries over at home! These days she's down to mesh bottoms or strings on occasion. Except on a Boobs Cruise where she ditches anything. One bit of advice for your first time... Bring some sexy bottoms. Thongs, strings, mesh, or whatever you would be slightly uncomfortable in for a minute or two. And that goes for the guys as well. Buy some square cuts and ditch the lame board shorts! You'll both have new favorite suits.
We booked our maiden voyage to TTR because it looks fun and appears to have a nightlife unlike others we’ve been to. Hopefully we get to know some people before hand to look forward to - thatnseems to happen quick with the people here. We have been to a Jamaican resort that had a nude side, which didn’t interest us but had no party side. We have high hopes of an unforgettable trip here. We’ll try not to be the whitest people there (Wisconsin winters are brutal) but no promises.
We're sort of working in reverse. Hubby and I, both 38, have never been to Temptation, looking to book for March hopefully. I've always been very shy about my body, and although always a WW and Malibu Strings fan, I'd never wear them in public. This last year, we started posting online at Malibu and on IG, and I've come out of my shell considerably. Excited about getting to Temptation and finally getting to be ourselves. Everyone is so encouraging that we have met so far, I can't imagine the crowd there being any different.

We are now looking at summer instead, as it would give us more time to prep for our trip. Still looking forward to seeing everyone's trip reports!
I have enjoyed the responses and agree with everything said. First an additional piece of advice. Then our experience with our first trip. Advice... Keep in mind that most people on here are people who have had great successful first experiences and as a result have come back again and again. I have witnessed first hand scenarios where it didn't go so well. The key to avoiding one of those 'not so good' situations is going into this just planning to have fun. No other expectations. Go in as a team with your wife. You might each have different comfort levels and interests and it is essential to communicate those levels, limits, interests to each other and then go at the speed that works for both of you. Never push. What may be fun and comfortable for people on here may not be fun and comfortable for your wife. Communicate to each other along the way. Take baby steps. And this can apply to something as simple as going topless, to as complex as having 'adult fun'. Our story... So like many on here we have a fun first visit story to share. We wanted an adults only escape from the kids. Spent several years before visiting really focused on kids, family, work...and found this forum and the Temptation website. Went in thinking 'spring break for adults' sure sounds like what we need. Jen having never gone topless, not planning to (she did). And us never been to anything like a resort like this, we were very nervous. Had a nice convo about 'interests' on the way down and wow I think it was eye opening for both of us. Anyway, so straight from my trip report from 2010 here is what we walked into... We decided to check out the sexy pool before lunch as we knew Miss Temptation was going on today and our friend that we met online in advance on this site, MrsDiesel Mindy, was entering. So our first introduction to the sexy pool, as we entered and looked on from stage left, was Chinos running at us with a bucket full of suits and emptying the bucket at our feet, then 10-15 guys jumping out of the pool fully nude and running right at us. I just turned to Jen and said welcome to Temptations! In hindsite it is funny but I dont think she found it so funny at the time We recovered from the initial shock and had an amazing trip that has resulted in us going back 1-3 times a year ever since.
