But from a fairly quick skimming it looks like any travel policy you buy if you purchased it via an airline or other travel site. As someone else pointed out, your credit card my offer the same benefits free of charge.
Looking at it, the max coverage is about $1500 usd for: Trip Cancellation Trip interruption Major Medical Insurance in case of illness or accident Not bad for the price but as mentioned before probably won't really cover your real actual costs....
