We have a trip report on it from two years ago so check it out. Agree w jnj thoughts but will add for some reason this year they cheaped out on the djs so in our opinion it wasn’t as good as last year when they flew in several edm dj’s. They are advertising they recognize their mistake and will do better this year like two years ago. It is mainly focused on edm style music (which we love) but if you don’t like that style then might not be a fit.
Has anyone booked this sale as a TTR member? Can you fill me in on the details? Are we basically booking a garden view room? With the possibility of a free upgrade at the time the assign a room class?
We have not booked it bc it is not a good deal for our possible dates. But yes you are booking a garden view for the possibility of an upgrade. We were just looking at April for 4 nights. The sale gets us $360 a night for 3 nights plus a free night so it works out to be $270 a night. However, I can book the same 4 nights buy 3 get 1 free on a discount site for $60 more total in a plush jacuzzi room. So is it better to pay $270 for a garden and hope u get upgraded or $285 for a plush jacuzzi and be upgraded?
Just let Jen do the negotiating and you all will likely get the Penthouse. We would go with option B.
We booked for June 22 to 29th for 1500, with air fare looking at around 2400, cheapest we had found to this point was around 3200. We planned on booking a garden room anyway so if we get a garden room oh well, if we get a better room yeah us.

Not sure what the insurance covers but I can see from bookings made through my link that some people are opting to take out the insurance and paying $35 for it.
