Stacia & I were on the Navigator of the Seas for a 5-day Northern Med cruise a few years ago and I spent around $300 for my premium-booze upgrade package. Then, the same ship sailed from Galveston down to Roatan, Belize and Cozumel for a 7-day thing and I spent about $450 as EA did above. This was 2016. Still... when compared to just being "At" Temptation, or for the Desire cruises, being "At" Desire seems to be much less expensive. However, witht he right people, going cow-tipping can be a Lot of fun, so who knows. Hot topless women + alcohol + sunshine = Good Time!
It does sound interesting . But cool weather that time of year . Being on deck at night will be cold . And we fear the pool bring cold.
Cruise ships sail in Alaska and it's beautiful and enjoyable! Don't worry about coolness, people will make it warm!

If you search Temptation Caribbean Cruise 2020, you'll find all the details, room type and availability, and price. Think it ranges from +$2000 to around $15K plus surcharge, booze and bla bla bla....so another $1-2K if you are reasonable. If not...well there's no limit!
