I think they did the right thing. I bet the other passengers were more than happy to have that little brat off their flight too. Thats all fine and well, but what about the time she was taking away from all the other passengers. What if people missed connections because this lady wanted to hold and console her daughter until she would behave. Ridiculous.
I agree.....the airline did the right thing up until the time when they gave them vouchers for the future. I think an arhgument could be made for not rrefunding thir money a well but I can se3e doing that. But don't reward them for their bad behavior.
