rdubnpk One of the problems addressed by this economy guru was the absolute necessity to address government programs which have been, up to now, been sacrosanct. Pensions and medicade were two that were specifically mentioned. Monies available for transplants have had to be cut from some state medicade plans already. It is a sad but true realty. Another thing, I have revised my opinion on the taxing of the wealthy. Although it still gripes me that the millionaires from companies that have been bailed out will be benefitting from the continuation of the breaks, I now espouse the opinion that this money belongs to those that have earned it, right or wrong, and does not belong to the government to redistribute in its wasteful fashion.
