that heart is SO cute.. but anyways, i tan everyday down at the pool, but during winter (those few weeks we call winter), i go to the tanning beds. even though i've been going for years, even i will get sunburned if i go two days in a row so i would advise to atleast have a day or 2 inbetween visits and make sure to use the lotion! if you don't feel like paying $349875439875 for their lotions, then you can buy indoor tanning lotions at like cvs or whatever, way cheaper. and if they have level beds. it's best to start with a basic or one up to get the melanin built up because the higher levels don't make your body produce melanin, they just tan the melanin you already have. and the high levels will shock your body and make you burn easier. so ease into them.. this is just at the tanning beds i've been around, so maybe it's different other places. but anyways, maybe this helps? if not... do the spray tans!!!! they rock. especially if you go in the bed then right after go into the booth.
Yes exactly the spray works fine ( much better for u r skin ). My problem is mostly that i fell in sleep under the tanning machine haha, and when the lights go out it's so cold.
A spray tan isnt an actual tan though and is not a good idea in cancun because your going to sweat it off in one area faster than the other and end up looking strange hha
