1 day left woooo! Anyway, read a few comments on here about there being random water showers etc. in the clubs. Is it safe to take a digital camera in? Am I likely to get soaked in most clubs, or is it just the one (basic i think it was?). Cheers.
pretty safe to take it anywhere apart from Basic, for which i would recommend one of those disposable underwater cameras, if you intend on going that is!
the water at basic ruined the flash on my digital camera. Bring a waterproof/disposable for that night.
Is basic worth going to? On a sidenote, is it RnB in most clubs over there? Or is there anywhere which plays a bit of cheese?
Yes, Basic is definitely worth going to, especially after midnight... Most clubs seem to lean toward hip hop music, but you can certainly find rock and pop, and some '80s and '90s cover bands.
