Personally, I just enjoy raising a 4-oz. thimble about a thousand times a day and refilling it every time I set it down. Best thing ever. I recommend it. For bicepts development. Now, for drinking to have fun in the sun..... different plan. Where's my 32-oz. Bubba Keg?
