So it sounds like the starting fee has been stable for the past year! That was what I'd pay for all downtown trips. Rawkus, she is interested in going to the satellite Tacos Rigo, not the one on Palaneque/Xpu Hil.
I would advise against going to the one on Las Torres - The meat never seems as fresh there, as they don't get as much business as the other restaurant. It's on the way home from work, and the last few times I've been I've been disappointed. The main restaurant however, is never empty and the food has always been good! It also offers the bonus of being easy to get to from downtown.
gbchayctca: Satellite? Nickname for Las Torres? (I know Satellite in DF, haha) Ok, my bad on the choice of place. Now the instructions are there if anyone wants the one on Palenque Edit: hammie - why the one on Las Torres, if I may ask? Id think the one on Palenque would be both easier and "safer".
I ate at the one on Las Torres before. I am meeting up with friends from Andalucia again this upcoming trip and we want to have lunch/dinner there. I like it because it's sorta away from the hustle and bustle. lol. Don't get me wrong... I most likely will Palenque it up too. I guess it's just practicing tradition
Rawkus: funny that you should bring up my use of the word satellite! I was actually trying to figure out the best word to use and was coming up dry on a good substitution for sucursal. HammieJ: R-2 buses go entirely in the opposite direction from Puerto Juarez! R-2 is the one you'd take to get to Walmart, Soriana, and Market 28.
Hammie: Ah, awesome! Id say take any HZ bus to downtown and then catch a cab from there, unless your friends can meet you/pick you up downtown. gbchayctca: Haha
You guys rock! Thank you so much!! P.S. Is it the R1 that goes to Pto Juarez? I can't remember. I just know it says Puerto Juarez on the bus lol
Hammie: Some of the R-1's got all the way to Pto Juarez, but most of them stop at Crucero(Lopez Portillo). Found that out the hard way, haha Cancunmole: Great map! Bookmarked
