Don't know what they're worried about. After a long day of drinking, being able to see anything clearly is difficult, let alone nipples!
That's what management should take issue with, and enforce with extreme predjudice.... under no circumstances should a naked nipple ever, and I mean ever, be a hundred yards away!

I have a very difficult time keeping my nipples covered at Patty O's, they just keep popping out, but I've never had any issues.
Don't know why anyone would be so offended by sings. Nobody is forcing you to do anything. As for nipples just don't understand the logic behind exposing them during the day and then forcing you to hide them at night.

It could be they are doing the minimum to comply with liquor laws. I don't know about Mexico, but in Arizona it is a liquor law violation if the establishment allows any kind of nudity. Strip clubs get away with it by having the dancers apply makeup to their nipples which is enough for them to be considered covered. They are probably just trying to keep it in the down low just enough to stay out of trouble. Hopefully they won't be to uptight when we visit in February.
