All we can say is we are so so gutted. You wouldn't believe the panic over here...for gods sake I'm sure most of the holiday makers would have still gone to Cancun if given the option, I know we would have. GUTTED :rant:

I can't even imagine how upset you must be! I'm wondering whats going to happen when I'm supposed to go. The couple in Scotland who have contracted Swine Flu were on holiday in Cancun.
I know Kelly and Melissa rebooked and are going to Punta Cana and staying at the Melia. Those are the only ones I know of that rebooked.... So out of the 40 that were going there this week - - the flu has already claimed 6 victims before they ever left home. Dang the pigs! Have a safe trip, wherever you go.
Yeah it was as soon as they said about the cpl who had been to Cancun had it that all flights were cancelled, before then it was just any flights via Mexico City. All flights out of the UK cancelled for 5 to 7 days minimum at the mo.
We were flying out on Thursday morning. It's finally kicked in now that we are not going, Les is in work and I have unpacked the suitcases.... feel like crap
Shit, that is horrible. are they refunding your money? I would be going crazy if I were you. I hope they get this sorted out by july when we go.
