We are going to Temptation for the first time, but the chairs is not a big deal to us...we are used to Vegas where you have to pay $150-$250 for a chair, and we realized, we spend 98 percent of the time in the pool....so, from April 26 through May 2, you can have our chairs, because we will be in the pool.....can't wait. And hey, for those of you getting up early in the morning to get your chair, you deserve it for the extra effort..

We smoke e-cigs too so we'll be using them for the same reason. Mind you, by April you can't really be out of the pool too long as it's friggin' hot out in the sun.

Lol well it certainly is not considerate. But thats life. I wonder what would happen if we started shuffling and switching things from saved chair to another? Basically just switching it up a bit. And watch the people return to the chair they Think they left there stuff in to a different location everytime they leave and return. Lol i would have fun with that.

TTR is a magical, odd, unique, strange, wonderful resort.

It is a place where showing the finger, is an euphemism for showing love.
A place where the MC will spew vulgarity and curse words during games.
A place where 'ladies arm-wrestling' is a weekly occurence. (Some weeks jello -wrestling too)
And it is a place with a weekly beauty pageant (how many resorts do that?)

It is also a place that attracts all personality types. And everyone can feel at home.
But not evrybody feels at home.

It is a place where many arrive with amped up, senses, expectations and needs.
Word of mouth exagerrations, combined with ego contribute to the amplified attitudes.
Heck this site is, unwittingly, an enabler for idealistic hopes.

Many want to have the right look, or be in the right crowd, or take up 10 pool loungers for all their hometown gang.

Therefore you will encounter all different attitudes. Some will be snobby and some will be rude. And some will be just outright weird.
But the 'middle' 75% of the crowd will be cool and you may find yourself making plans to vacation with the same group again.

I am sure that a few days into your vacay you won't even really be thinking about loungers.

    $250 bones for one chair?

And they say the decade of excess ('80s) is over

Jim and Tammies air-conditioned dog house would fit right in

Those are minimums. So if you sit in the chair you pay $250 (or more frequently $50-$150) and then can drink/eat up to that much before paying more. Does not include tip. So yeah it is pricey. TTR is a bargain considering you pay less per night and that includes room, meals, entertainment, etc

Yep, we went to the Hard Rock (Rehab) and they actually wanted $400, but came down to $250.....Well we passed and had a great time in the water all day...it was summer and it was too hot to be out of the water anyways....almost all the pool parties in Vegas charge for the use of a chair now....SCAM.....

Dont sweat it. Its not as big a deal as some make out. Sometimes the whole chair, newbie, 24-7 party atmosphere thing can get a little over-hyped.
