    BTW, they are called chamote amarilla and I got them at WalMart about a week ago.

    Oh, well...if that's what they're called (chamote amarillo), then I bought a couple yesterday from the Chedraui on Tulum and Coba. I was really wanting turnips, and they were the closest I could come to something that looked like an orange root vegetable.

    I was at the new Commerical last Friday and they had "Sweet potatoes" there. All the fruit and Veg looked really good.
