So you can be prime suspect in your wifes murder, not be charged with a crime, have your passport confiscated and yet still somehow flee home. But, go out for a night out. Get into a fight provoked by others and be locked up in a Mexican prison for 8 months without charge. Something is messed up somewhere.

Just saw online that he's in Beverly Hills right now. Greeeeat. Apparently it's going to take the judge at least a few weeks to determine if probable cause exists, and right now the family is fighting over custody of the kids (the grandparents aren't willing/able to take them in at this point, so they should be passed on to the husband, but the sisters disagree)
