If a Mexican citizen dies, are there any survivor benefits for minor children and/or the surviving spouse? I am thinking in terms of Social Security benefits in the US?

If so, what agency administers these benefits?

    Thanks

You're welcome. I actually enjoy looking up stuff like that. Sounds crazy but I find stuff like this very interesting.

When I was on the BOD of our Timeshare, I'd research all aspects of what was required by law to be provided to the employees. It was usually a big surprise to the Members as to what the employer was required by law to provide in Mexico.
